Jody first saw us in Port Townsend, WA when we were on tour a few years back. She is a painter and was having a showing in the very same venue we were performing. After meeting and talking, the band and her became fast friends and she faithfully came to see us every time we came to Port Townsend. In the course of our meetings it was discovered that both Jody and our drummer Pat had both experienced kidney failure earlier in life. Jody's experience has been a very difficult one and she has proven so tough. Her art has become her therapy.
